Georgia grew up very close to the land and enjoyed the food it provided for her family. As an adult, after much soul searching, Georgia decided to leave her career in the field of finance to pursue the culinary arts. Since making that decision, she has worked in farm-to-table restaurants, driving heavy farm equipment and harvesting both meat and plants for dinner.
