As a local cooking class teacher in Tampa Bay, blogger Jaden Hair started SteamyKitchen.com in early 2007 as a platform to organize her many recipes. Only six months after she started blogging, Jaden nailed a book deal. With mouth-watering photos and easy recipes, The Steamy Kitchen Cookbook was released last October. The photos are so stunning (she did her own food styling and photography, by the way), yet they wouldn't intimidate a rookie cook.
