Elizabeth Daeninck is a Registered Dietitian with a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. She has taught classes at the college level and facilitated weight loss group meetings, presented a variety of nutrition seminars and is a published author and researcher in the field of nutrition. She is a regular contributing author to Healthcastle.com. Articles she has written have also appeared on Reuters, ABC and USA Today websites.

Liz works with clients in the areas of diabetes, metabolic syndrome/insulin resistance, obesity, weight management, polycystic ovary syndrome, sports nutrition and cancer. She currently runs a private nutrition and exercise counseling practice in Denver, Colorado.

Liz has a passion for empowering individuals with knowledge about nutrition and exercise so that they can make daily decisions that will improve their overall health and well-being. She sees herself as an educator and coach who helps her clients attain healthier dietary and physical activity habits that are tailored and realistic for their individual needs.

She lives in Denver CO, where she has many opportunities to live an active, healthy lifestyle with her family.
