Matt Armendariz's new cookbook On A Stick! takes skewers to the next level. You wouldn't believe he could manage to put mac 'n' cheese on a stick! My favorite is his Savory Tofu Dango (page 92). With just two simple ingredients, silken tofu and rice flour, Matt turned my favorite tofu into a fun snack that everyone loves.
