Being healthy and having a youthful beauty is everybody's desire. Even me, I don't want to loose my youthful beauty I'm sure you do the same but we can't do anything from it because it's part of our life. Some people uses cosmetics and some uses supplements that contain antioxidant antiaging. My friend use to take these antioxidants and she told me shes doing great and I'm happy for her.

Hi LJones33,
I think it is typical of the beauty therapy theories I don't think they work. The other day I saw a very ugly woman come out of the Beauty Therapists a few doors down from me, I have seen her go in there a lot of times and if I was her I would ask for all of my money back. The Main Way to Avoid Antiaging is Include some Wrinkels Fightening Food in Your Diet,Which are Full Of Antioxidants these Food are as Follows: Foods that are high in antioxidants help counteract a decrease in collagen, elasticity and firmness in aging skin. Tomatoes are an excellent wrinkle prevention food because they contain lycopene, a substance that also decreases the risk of developing cancer. Red peppers have loads of Vitamin A and Vitamin E, as well as bioflavonoids, which moisturize and heal the skin. Beets and carrots (and other red and dark orange vegetables) are also great foods to consume if you want to prevent wrinkles. Also rich in antioxidants, kale also contains iron that helps bring oxygen to the skin and vitamin A that wards off premature aging. Blueberries are another excellent source of antioxidants. Salmon contains a high amount of omega-3 fatty acids that reduces inflammation and lubricates the skin. Aging is about more than just LOOKING beautiful. We want to be vigorous, vibrant and healthy as long as we're in physical form. I am personally uncomfortable with the term 'anti' aging. I think we need to be more positive, so I prefer "youthing'.

Antioxidants are more than age defying chemicals. I've written an article about green tea since it has the most powerful antioxidants and you can just see what I mean there.

Antioxidant refers to a group of organic substances, including vitamins C and E, vitamin A, selenium (a mineral), and a group know as carotenoids - beta-carotene being the most popular and well know carotenoid. Carotenoids are the pigment compounds that give many fruits and vegetables their vibrant colors. Antioxidants are believed to be effective in helping to prevent cancer, heart disease, stroke and a variety of other ailments associated with natural aging.

Cheers No Mr.John, This is not like that. Anti aging therapy works well. The thing is that you have to choose the best out of the market because there are lots of products and treatments available in the market and yes all of these doesn't work. But there are some therapies available like bio-identical hormone replacement, testosterone hormone replacement and many other processes are there by which an anti-aging expert treats this. This is for sure that aging can be slow down and one can feel more energetic in his/her life as previously they were. |
