Hi forum users, I'm excited to announce that we have a new Food Science Forum moderator - Judy!!! Judy has extensive food science knowledge and experience and we are glad that she is willing to volunteer her time to answer our members' questions.

Our previous moderator Ian is quite busy with his work recently; he is still around with us and is willing to volunteer with us when he is free!!!
