I am a picky eater, but still need to diet, does anyone have any ideas? I am 140 pounds overweight.

I don't eat tomatoes, onions or peppers. I don't eat broccoli or brussels sprouts or field greens. I do eat raw or cooked carrots, iceberg lettuce, celery, cucumbers, and canned green beans. I can sometimes eat cauliflower or asparagus if well seasoned to my taste. I like canned peaches, pears and pineapple, but no berries of any kind. Sometimes I will eat apple slices. I like most fruit juices except ones with banana, but I don't drink them much because they are too sugary for my diabetes. I am lactose intolerant, and I don't like fish and won't eat veal or lamb.
I really need some help with things to eat. I am bored with turkey wraps.

Hi bozogirl,
Is there a medical reason why you don't eat these foods? Are you addicted to sugar? How much exercise do you get daily? How old are you? You have Diabetes, you are lactose intolerant and 140 lbs (64 Kgs) over weight. What is your blood pressure like?

The first thing I would suggest would be to cut back on calorie intake and try and lose a Kg per week, to do this you will need to slash 1000 calories per day from your current diet. Fruit drinks are pretty much useless mainly calories and colourings and you need to get rid of the sugar from your canned fruits. No pastries or takeaways.

There are some people that lack discipline to the point where they can not be helped I hope you are not one.
Best of luck unsure.gif unsure.gif unsure.gif
