Hi Shazi,
A lot of the people that I have treated for this condition have simply caused these callouses because they spent to much time walking around barefoot. Callouses form to protect the foot from hard surfaces by growing a hard crust of skin and it continues to thicken and often cracks, it can also cause inflammation in the soft tissue underneath because of the hard callous pushing into the soft tissue. Try wearing soft shoes and avoid going without shoes to get rid of this problem naturally.
