Help!! I am only 43 years old and feel very fatigued all the time. No energy at all. I do not want to continue life this way. I do have hypothyroidism but it is under control with medication. I also have a very difficult time concentrating on anything. Sometimes I can barely function. I get up in the morning and after my shower I feel I have put in a full day of strenuous work. Can anyone help me?

Welcome to the forum! You mentioned that your hypothyroidism is under control by meds. So what did your doctor say about your lack of energy? Also tell us more about you :-)

You can have all type of fruits and no need to have any fatty foods and so some exercises which can keep you fit ....

Charles Martin, you said.......

"It sounds strange but I have studied colon health and have found that our general health and wellbeing depends a lot on the healthy functioning of our colon."

Where did you study it Charles, was it a University, College or in house learning, there seems to be a lot of gaps in your knowledge on the colon. If you are fair dinkum about health Charles, and not just trying to con someone out of money by buying a junk product, then you should check your knowledge against what the experts (gastroenterologists) know about the colon, there seems to be a big difference, and if you are giving dangerous advice to sick people it could cost them dearly in health deterioration, perhaps even life threatening, in Australia this could come under Duty of Care and you could be sued if you were a practitioner.

there are many foods that provide a energy lift but what you want is a healthy energy boost.

consult your doctor first but many people take ginseng for energy, whether it works or not is up to debate but it is popular but you have to be careful as you should not take it with some medical conditions.
