im looking for a nutritionist/dietician's advice if at all possible.

- im looking to stay as lean while trying to gain a little more muscle mass. i know its expected for bodyfat % to go up in the process most of the time... i just want to make sure that my cals & macros are in check.

-about me: im 5'6", around 123lbs (depending on the day :) ) ...& around 15.5%bf. ive been weight training for years now, debating whether or not i would like to compete in the near future, going for my PT license hopefully SOON :) i lift HEAVY 3 days a week, cardio about 3 days as well. (i switch between HIIT & steady cardio)

- i used the website hotnfit.com (recommended by a friend) to calculate some things & this is what ive come up with thus far.
my bmr is around 1400... so adding the recommended 2-300 to that puts me around 1700.
my 'advanced bmr' (taking into consideration my activity level) is approx 2175
my maintenance cals are around 2370
...i also have a pretty fast metabolism (not sure if this needs to be taken into consideration...)

based on the figures from this site... should i stay around 2100 daily?... & would a breakdown of 40/40/20 or 35/40/25 benefit me more so?

i really do appreciate any & all responses/advice.
(you can also email any replies to AmandaABCO@aol.com if its too in depth)

thanx!
