I think this is good. People on here seem to have a high regard for opinion so I was wondering if you thought adding HealthCastle's educated opinion on what was the best choice based on risk/reward from an evidence base eg, Our number one choice because it lowers cholesterol and contains very little sugar,salt and saturated fat.
I don't think people want to read labels on packaged food, they would prefer to be led by someone they knew and trusted to give good advice.
I might be wrong but it was just a thought, on good days I have thoughts.
