Hi, I need suggestions for some "quick healthy snacks" that are good sources of carbs/calories. I'm not getting enough calories/carbs through normal eating.

Nevermind, I'm going to stick with nuts/legumes. Although, they're loaded in saturated fat, they seem to be actually healthy, because they're rich in mono/polysaturated fats. I would've thought that eating too much of these would cause heart problems, later in life, not prevent them.
