Lance
I have been advised by doctors to achieve my ideal body weight of 165lbs as I am hypertensive and also have type 2 diabetes. I am unable to maintain any regular schedule of diet or exercise due to my demanding work-life. How do I lose weight?

Hi Lance,
Mate, this is not a game, it doesn't have to have a pretty ending - death is ugly, and if you do not treat it a bit more seriously that could well be the direction you are heading. Where there is a will there is a way, find it Lance. 165lbs (75Kgs) so I assume you mean an ideal BMI of 22, which should make you about 6'1'' tall, what is your job Lance and how does it prevent you from eating less high energy food? How old are you Lance? What do you weigh now?

What would stop you from taking lots of low energy food to work such as salad, protein and fruit.
Exercise is great for health, and everyone should do some, but you do not burn calories quickly, walking/running/jogging you only burn 62 cals per 100 lbs of body weight per mile ( Newtons 2nd Law of Thermodynamics - this is used by sporting scientists).

The fastest way to lose weight is to stop eating high energy, high glycaemic index food, and start eating lots of vegetables, fruit and of course some protein food to keep the wolves at bay (hunger pains).

Read everything Gloria/ Ian and the HealthCastle team write ( not the salesmen) and take notice, and you will be a new man in no time at all.

You can do it Lance but you have to put some effort into it, but believe me it is worth while.
