Hi LEE786,
This is not a bad post mate you have done a bit of home-work but there are still mistakes and the reason there are mistakes are because you are still believing people without checking 8/10 a big improvement.
If you check abstracts on the anti-aging effects you will find there isn't any, as Julie 1969 says this berry is way over hyped it is truly a triumph of marketing over science. Other berries have just as much in the way of nutrients and anthocyanins, and some in fact have a lot more, especially anti-oxidants for instance some of the Maori vegetables leave them for dead.
You can't believe manufacturers hype it is only designed to sell a product and testimonials can, easily be bought, you often see high profile people such as doctors and naturopaths as well as researchers being taken to court for letting manufacturers use their name to sell a product. What nationality are you LEE786? If you can find a China Town some where near where you live, you will be able to buy a book I am sure you will love, it is a Japanese book but you always seem to find it in China Town, my son's wife is Chinese and that is where I purchased it, it is called "The Okinawa Program" written by the researchers that did the 25 years of research in easy to understand language, their names are Bradley J Willcox MD, MSc, D. Craig Willcox PhD and Makoto Suzuki MD, PhD.
This wonderful book teaches you first hand about the nutritional habits of the worlds longest lived people and dispels a lot of hype. You should also read HealthCastles article on Acai Berries
