Hi, My name is vivi , and i think i'm a bit overweight. But what i want to ask is i like to eat soup, which contain; potato, cabbage, celery, meatball, carrot, onion leaves, and mushroom, and for the flavour i add mashed garlic, onion and pepper. Is it a good food to eat or not? because i like to eat it a lot, like in a full bowl.Thank you for reading it, and i hope you can give an answer.

Healthwise, eating the cabbage, onions and garlic is one of the best things you can be doing. For that matter, all of the vegetables you listed are good, with the exception of potatoes.
I wouldn't completley take it out of your diet, but potatoes contain lots of carbohydrates and starches. The way the body breaks this certain kind of carbs down (it doesn't break all carbs down this way) is it essentially turns it into a type of sugar.
As for the meatballs, I would recommend this: Continue eating it, but try to find the leanest meat you can find when you make the soup. Also, I would recommend trying to find organic meat. It wouldn't deal so much with the weight thing, but getting rid of the hormones and pesticides that regular meat contains is is good thing to do.
Overall, this sounds like a healthy meal.
Good job.

that sounds yummy!!! i like soup too!! home made soup tastes so much better than any canned soup!!! i'm not too sure about the meat balls - do you make them yourself? or is it store-bought? how about some simple lean sliced beef instead? just a suggestion

It may also depend on how many bowls of this soup you have every day, the proportions for each ingredient that you use and the size of the bowl!
I had one patient who was adamant that she was doing fine with her eating habits because she never ever had second servings of anything- turned out that she was using a big salad bowl for her meals instead of normal plates or soup bowls!
