i have been trying to lose weight and been going to the gym, but couldn't get rid of my fat tummy. A friend who is a health care professional suggested getting intolerance test done by my gp. I did this. I had blood test and stool test, but both results came back fine. The only thing is, i have had a gluten and wheat free diet recently and the difference in my stomach is amazing. Can anyone give me advice or help as to whats going on here and explain why my results were clear but what a difference in my stomach since being gluten and wheat free.
