This risk is very low (about one person in a million). Habitual exercise diminishes this very low risk of sudden death, and overall the benefits of exercise outweigh the small risks.

Cholesterol plays a major role in a person's heart health. High blood cholesterol is a major risk factor for coronary heart disease and stroke. That's why it's important for all people to know their cholesterol level. They should also learn about their other risk factors for heart disease and stroke.
Total blood cholesterol is the most common measurement of blood cholesterol. It's the number you receive as test results. Cholesterol is measured in milligrams per deciliter of blood (mg/dL).
Blood cholesterol for adults is classified by levels. Your healthcare provider must interpret your cholesterol numbers based on other risk factors such as age, gender, family history, race, smoking, high blood pressure, physical inactivity, obesity and diabetes.

Yes, Achi said it best habitual or consistent exercise will reduce your risk of heart attack substantially.
I also believe diet and exercise are partners and need to act together to accomplish the goal.
good luck

you can be brilliant at healthy eating, but if you don't exercise, you don't give your body the chance to improve the way it handles cholesterol, so it may still remain high.same with smoking. Some people with a genetic tendency for high cholesterol find that after doing all these lifestyle changes.

Cholesterol is a fatty substance that is an important part of the outer lining of cells in the body of animals. Cholesterol is also found in the blood circulation of humans. The liver is capable of removing cholesterol from the blood circulation as well as manufacturing cholesterol and secreting cholesterol into the blood circulation.

Cholesterol is an integral part of each cell in the body.It is a waxy substance made naturally in the body.Your body needs some cholesterol to work properly and it can make all it needs from some fats in the diet.It is an essential structural component of mammalian cell membranes, where it is required to establish proper membrane permeability and fluidity.

If you have diabetes, your blood sugar levels are too high. Over time, this can damage your nerves or blood vessels. Nerve damage from diabetes can cause you to lose feeling in your feet. You may not feel a cut, a blister or a sore. Foot injuries such as these can cause ulcers and infections. Serious cases may even lead to amputation. Damage to the blood vessels can also mean that your feet do not get enough blood and oxygen. It is harder for your foot to heal, if you do get a sore or infection. You can help avoid foot problems. First, control your blood sugar levels. Good foot hygiene is also crucial.

Waxy organic compound found in blood and all animal tissues. It is a steroid containing four rings in its structure.Cholesterol is essential to life and it is a primary component of cell membranes and a starting or intermediate material from which the body makes bile acids, other steroid hormones and vitamin D.It is different from most tests in that it is not used to diagnose or monitor a disease but is used to estimate risk of developing a disease — specifically heart disease.

Cholesterol is a waxy, fat-like substance found in your bloodstream and every cell in your body. First off, it is important to note that cholesterol is normal. We all must have some cholesterol within our bodies. Without out it, your body would be unable to produce cell membranes and various hormones. But here is where it gets complicated. When your body has too much cholesterol, this waxy substance starts to form blockages in the arteries, which can lead to heart attacks and strokes.
