Hello, I was wanting to know if my 13 month old baby girl is getting enough nutrition for her heith and weight? She is 30" tall and weighs only 16.5 lbs. She has always been small (never really made it on the scale for weight) but is perfectly fine developementally. Ok, so here is what she typically eats in a day:
Morning - Half of an Organic Stoneridge Yogurt, One quarter of an Avocado, 2 tblsp of Oatmeal Cereal (for Iron), and an organic egg yolk all mixed together. Drinks 1 ounce of water/juice mixed with probiotic.
Snack - Organic puffs or Kashi Flax Strawberry Waffle (half). Drinks 1 - 2 ounces of water/milk
Lunch - 2 Tblsp of organic peanut butter, and a fruit (apple, grapes, or watermelon). Drinks 1 - 2 ounces of milk.
Snack - Organic puffs again. Drinks 1 - 2 ounces of water/milk
Breastfeed when mom gets home.
Dinner - Black beans w/ rice or Organic Spaghetti w/ sauce and also red pepper, green pepper, and asparagus steamed and diced (usually mixed with cream cheese). Drinks 1-2 ounces of Water/juice mix with Polyvisol Vitamen.
Snack - Organic fruit (baby food) mixed with 2 Tblsp of Oatmeal Cereal (for Iron). Breastfeed before bed and 2 - 3 times during the night.
If anyone (nutritionist) can tell me if she seems to be getting enough nutrition, especially because of her height and weight, please let me know. If you have any advice or comments, I am happy to hear them, thank you!!
