Hi Guys,

Australia appears to be leading the world in a lot of health manoeuvre (English English not American).

Over the past few decades one of the biggest growth areas in health was in the weight loss area, new programs arriving on our shores daily usually from America (home of the gullible) of England ( another home of the gullible). Weight loss offers a lot of appeal, for a start you can become a millionaire very quickly, and up until now no-one bothered to check to see if you were telling the truth.

With all of this wonderful advice being offered from so many different quarters you would think everyone would be thin, but no, they have got fatter and fatter, and the people giving this advice have got richer and richer.

In Australia/America/England every boy and their dog can give advice on weight loss, and some of the most dodgy advice is coming from highly qualified people who saw the opportunity to make money out of the academically challenged.

The Australian Government has looked at the weight loss scene and found that out of 3500 weight loss programs only 5 are registered. The Government is about to introduce laws to make manufacturers prove their programs work or face prosecution, prove it or remove it, now where have I heard that?
