In today's fast paced world everyone is under the gun to meet deadlines, get to meetings, write articles for papers, study for exams, hand in assignments on time while in amongst all of this you are required to help with family matters, do your share of the housework... busy busy.
Eventually the wheels fall off and you start to show signs of anxiety, depression, panic attacks or essential hypertension.
Rather than wait for these symptoms to appear wouldn't it make sense to address the problem in it's infancy, so for fast relief from stress try slowing down, delegate more, don't take on an exaggerated workload, learn time management skills and if you can't make it happen on time don't worry about it, the world isn't going to end, what is the worst thing that can happen... someone is going to smack you on the wrist and probably give you an assistant.
