I got a forwarded e-mail that said that eating fruit on an empty stomach is the best and only time you should eat fruit. It said that eating fruit after a meal will cause all the bodily issues that are commonly associated with it (bloating, gas, burping, bathroom runs, etc.). Is this all true? Does the order in which you eat your meal (fruit first, during, or after) have a significant effect on the body and digestion?

yes , the order to take our meal should be in order , in which it should give us more and more benefit . Taking this view , it is right to take fruits first of all and then our light meals .

The good way to take meal is to first take fruit and then meals , this will gave extra nutrition and in adequate amount .

Fruits should be eaten on an empty stomach…not as dessert after your meal as it is often done. If you eat fruit like this, it will also help to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities

Obviously you would have proof to support contentious statements like "fruit should always be eaten on an empty stomach", and you mentioned detoxify, what is fruit going to detoxify and how, I would like to see the research as well.
