Hi,I was searching for some information about flax seed use and came upon this forum.Someone told me recently that I need to eat sunflower seeds along with Flax to ensure its value.Is this true or just an old wives' tale?

I have never been told that sunflower seeds need to compliment flax seed. The health benefits of just flax seed, I know, is tremendous. It even helps arthritis! I don't think sunflower seeds would be bad, or anything, but I personally don't think they are necessary for the most benefits to be seen from the flax seed.
