:? How can I get all of the fiber I need to manage IBS and yet avoid foods like beans, onions, peppers, etc.?
Gloria
welcome to the board! yes beans contain high amounts of fiber, and so do many other foods too - the most simple way to increase fiber intake is to substitute your current grain products with high-fiber grain products and to include a few fruits a day. pls check out this page if u have a chance.

If you drink one can of Nuvitae a day (google to get their website), it has 50% of your fiber RDI and the drink tastes like Fresca, if you remember that one! - UET
