The best one I have ever come across is simply called calorie restricted eating and calorie burning movement, but up to now packaging has been a big problem with every attempt to encapsulate it resulting in failure
Seriously, no pill can stop you putting rubbish in your mouth and if you have been following this forum for any length of time you would be aware of the abundance of science that has proven most, if not all of these pills are just a con, and the only weight you will lose will be from your wallet.
Simply eating to much, more than our bodies require, and not enough movement is the problem we are all faced with, some medications will help cause weight gain as will thyroid problems, but the overwhelming majority of people do not fall into this category. I am sure HealthCastle has some archived material on this but I can't find them so I have supplied this one.
