hello.

I take Zinc, Glutamine, and B-complex every day. I know to take them with a meal...I didn't once and felt extremely nauseated for several hours.

But there have been a few times where apparently, I didn't eat enough food and got sick. I don't think I have a strong gag reflex...I don't vomit very much at all...but I certainly felt like I was going to - I started salivating and everything.

My question is, what do you do if you don't eat enough food & consequentially become nauseous? Is there anything you can do to make it go away?

If the vitamin is water-soluble, then they are able to break apart and be absorbed into your bloodstream simply with the presence of water.

Try to do breathing exercises every time you're nauseous, we might consider that your brain is not having enough oxygen supply that's why you're feeling that way. I actually feel nauseous once in a while for no apparent reason and breathing exercises make me feel better.

there are some vitamins that req. food absorbtion, like iron, if you feel sick...try a small gulp of milk, if you didn't eat enough. i use to do it when i took iron.
hope it works
