Friends, I know how you feel when I start talking about quitting cigarettes. People who smoke can give you a hundred reasons why they smoke and may be more than that for not quitting the same. Addiction is the only word that can be used in this context.

When you find pleasure in a single smoke, a hundred of chemicals are getting introduced into your body. The most addictive of this chemical is nicotine. Nicotine is harmful like the extreme drug marijuana. When your body gets used with that drug, the deprivation can cause some real problems.

The problems arising arising all these will keep you away from quitting smoking to the complete level and getting into a healthy lifestyle. So, just think for a while, before getting into things.

I tried smoking once but I never liked it.. :-)
Anyway I have a lot of friends who open up their lives regarding their smoking habit..
Many have tried removing it on their life but only a few succeeded.

If you want to have a healthy lifestyle not smoking..
You need to have strong motivation :-)

Hi Guys,

It is impossible to have a healthy life and smoke cigarettes. Smoking is a proven cause of heart disease and lung cancer, emphysema and a host of other health problems. Tough people can quit smoking.

Remember you are not a smoker, you are just the sucker on the end of the cigarette.
