I have two healthy children ages 4 and 2 with another on the way. We have always had 2% milk, the kids drink it at almost every meal...even when we go out to eat. But my mom says they should have whole milk for brain development. Is she right? Should I switch the kids to whole milk?

I am a mother of 2 children ages 12 and 5 and they have both been on 2% milk all of there lives. I have heard the whole milk is good for brain development, but having too much calcium can cause gallstones later on in life. I would go through ur doctor and see what he/she says about it all. then go from there.
