hi all
i am new to this forum and i know you all will be shocked to hear what i have to say:
i respect all your opinions and let me post my sources
www.westonaprice.org, the health and soil library...etc mercola.com
as a former vegan and then a vegetarian who followed the standard "healthy diet" as dictated by "doctors", i mean with olive oil, omega 3s and grains and legumes, my health failed terribly. my period did not come.
anyways, i am healthy now and I dont want others to be misguided like myself.
i will summarize my facts but you can look it up on the internet since i dont have the time to explain it all.
1. transfatty acids and man made oils are detrimental to health but animal fats are necessary for growth and development. ( read about this in one of my sources)
2. our brains are made of cholesterol and so is our cell walls and membranes. it is a lipid and necessary to keep us from dissolving in liquids. oxidized cholesterol is the culprit. in the original research by ancel keys who started all this cholester bull****, he used oxidized cholesterol crystals to feed his rabbits.
3. primitive societies, before becoming modernized and subsisting on american processed low quality foods, were strong and robust due to their traditional diets. for example, Phillipines (coconut oil)
Australian aboringes(meats full of natural fat and cholesterol), inuits( fish meat and seal oil)
4. mothers milk is high in saturated fats as well as cholesterol. (thats human milk) for cow milk, if the calves are fed low fat or skim milk, they will fail to thrive. without animal fats, growth is severely interrupted.
5. polyunsaturated fatty acids are highly unstable and goes rancid quickly, so too much fish oils are detrimental to your health. thats why coconut is stable because it is so saturated.
6. our bodies convert the carbs we eat to SATURATED FATS, which is the most preferable source of storage energy.
thank all! I hope you will all take the time to research what i had to say. it will help you a great deal and boost your health indefinitely. remember, it is the quality of the foods, not the natural components of the foods themselves that cause physical degeneration.
THANKS!! you can visit www.traditionalfoodgroup.com, which is another source of well researched and documented info. the members there will tell you more sources.
