Can anyone tell me which food items are high in iron?

Hi Bowmah,
Some examples of iron rich foods include clams, oysters, beef, liver, enriched cereals etc.
Having vitamin C foods with iron-rich foods will also enhance the absorption.

Quinoa is another lesser-known food that is high in iron. It's also high in protein and fiber, making it a very well-rounded addition to any meal. Although commonly mistaken as a grain, quinoa is actually the seed of a spinach-like plant. It is really easy to cook and can replace couscous in almost any recipe.
