I cook dinner for my family, which doesn't eat red meat. I've been having encreasing difficulties to get proper protein, while still "mixing it up". Right now our main "meat" sources are chicken (if anyone knows where to find ground, please say so) and soy "meat" crumbles. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to get adequate protein back into our diets, with aa variety of different substances. Thanks a lot! biggrin.gif
