I'm wondering if baby spinach has all of the nutritional benefits of regular spinach. I do like spinach, and tend to have it cooked, especially because I end up eating more of it if it's cooked (i.e. because its volume seems less once it is cooked). I sometimes find it hard to digest, though, when I have it raw, as a salad or in a sandwich, and prefer baby spinach raw. Is baby spinach just as good for you, though? It tastes more like plain lettuce and it doesn't look like a "dark green."

Thanks...
Gloria
