I was following the blood type diet last year and Yes I did lose weight from it but this year I am going back onto foods I wasnt' allowed - such as Tomatoes!!! Scary stuff eh?
Whats everyones thinking to this diet? I am not sure if it is all its cracked up to be. It was my oesteopath that recommended it....
I don't know what to think so any input would be greatfully accepted
