I HURT SOOOOOOOOO MUCH

pains in my ribs, my back, like just under the ribs, my sides sides/ribs... i am in agony[u]. eat 30+ rollaids. zantac, still in pain, x-rays are clear,
blood work good, do feel acid reflux, BUT NOT THE BITTER TASTE NOR ANY TUMMY PAINS, I HAVE HAD LOTS OF EXPERIECE WITH GASTRITIS, THIS IS NOT THE SAME, IT'S THE PAIN IN MY RIBS.

when it gets so bad and i mean bad, the thought of a semi truck putting me out of my musery sounds
tempting, i get a " try this antacid" from the doc. any help out there? huggz and thanks

Hi in-pain2,
Have you seen a NeuroMuscular Therapist (NMT), it could simply be the Serratus Anterior muscle or Serratus Posterior or both. If you have had this for any length of time you may have shortened other muscles as well, Myofascial trigger point pain can be excruciating. I treat a lot of this in my clinic.
