I'm in central Illinois, two hours south of Chicago in the middle of nowhere. I've just learnt that the best source of omega 3 fatty acid are canola oil and hemp oil. Canola oil is very cheap, but the onel I see at the local supermarkets doesn't seem to be of a good quality, since it doesn't say cold pressed I have the feeling it's made by using solvents and maybe the content of omega 3 fatty acid is very low.
Any tips where I could find decent oil?
