I have just started on a health regime, eating good nutritious food, drinking plenty of water and exercising. Sounds good hey? Well, the other day I was reading a health and fitness magazine and they stipulated that everyone, healthy or otherwise, should be taking diet supplements to give ones body the vitamins and nutrients it needs. My question is, are diet supplements really that important (esp if you are healthy) and secondly, if so, where can I get some?

Spent some time researching and I answered my own questions! Just thought I'd share with you my discoveries. After reading a lot online about the pros of supplements I decided to to go out and find them so I consulted my local pharmacist. He referred me to a fantastic site with a great variety of supplements at extremely good prices. Weird that he would promote another business but I think he knows that I'm strapped for cash. Anyway thought I'd share the URL:

Hi Sal
I use USANA Essentials myself (a brand I distribute as an independent associate with the company) ... bar none, the best multi out there. Not familiar with the others on this site, but if they are pharmaceutical grade and adhere to GMPs as well as the USP guidelines for dissolution (USANA does all of this) then they are probably good contenders as well. As much as you can cut hairs on cost and ingredients, the power for me was the testimonials from the people who have been taking them and experienced dramatic changes in their life.
