I am shock when I noticed that there are 5 g of cholesterol per serving (250g) in Nestle Bliss Yogurt Drink (Low Fat). If we take a look on its ingredients: guava juice (contains potassium sorbate), sugar, milk solids, citric acid, mixed live culture (Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus), contains permitted stabliser, of plant and synthetic origin. Where does the cholesterol comes from? From milk solids??? I am very curious about it.

Besides, when I read another nutrition label for Quaker Instant Oatmeal, there are also 0.6 g of saturated fat (bad fat) per serving (35g), 1.2 g of MUFA and 1.2 g of PUFA. Again, where does the saturated fat come from? Is it means that saturated fat is originated in oatmeal? The ingredient for it include: natural whole grain oats and free from any additives.
