I need help of all of you to let me know whether one should (especially girls 13-15 yrs) use Creatine for the purpose of required calories in sports activities. We Indians do not take non-vegetarian diets and in the absence are unable to have many a type of supplements.

Should one use this substance.

Also tell me about its side effects and plus points.

Thanx

Hi Neeraj:

Don't know anything about Creatine, but I certainly can recommend an all-natural supplement juice that famous athlete, Carl Lewis, endorses and that my whole family, including my 16-year-old son is drinking, not just for energy but for other health issues. The juice is safe for kids and adults and it taste delicious, so I think your daughter would enjoy taking it. The normal dose is 1 ounce before each meal, but for her age, she can have 2 ounces a day. Email me at magnolias4eva@yahoo.com and put "Juice Supplement" in the subject line or better still, just sent me a PM (just click on PM below by information, type your message and send) and I will check my inbox. I will be happy to send you the information. The juice is now the #1 selling supplement juice on the US market today and I became an independent distributor last July after it worked so well for me. The juice can be shipped to you each month directly from the company.

Let me know if I can help. I will cut and paste this message into a PM mail to you as well.

To your health!
Eva

Hello Neeraj,

I am getting you very well, I am using creatine since last year,

First, Anyone who is ready to have more energy, build more muscle faster, and have more endurance should try supplementing with creatine monohydrate. Anyone who would like to be more toned by increasing lean muscle mass, recuperating faster, and losing that extra little fat roll should supplement with creatine monohydrate. Last, anyone who is involved in intense physical activity, experiencing physical stress and fatigue, and likes incredible results should supplement with creatine monohydrate.

During the first four days to a week, take 20 to 30 grams per day. Mix it with non-acidic juice or water.

Start taking it, hope it will Help you,

Hi everyone,
I think I would be very wary of supplements that have not been time tested. There doesn't appear to be to many magic bullets without a downside. Have a look at the website I have included here. Cheers

creatine is dirt, that tricks you into thinking your getting bigger and all that . Mean while your muscles are just filing up with water and giving you the illusion of bigger muscles. All I have to say is if you do take it cool whatever but remember to fill your body with tons of fluids because it can do damage to your liver filtering that stuff. There is more natural ways to go I sugest you look further into this.
