Hello everyone
I have a serious problem and I hope that I will have the solution here. I only feel hungry at 1 am!!and if I eat morning time I suffer from a pain in my stomach & sometime diarrhea. When i eat at lunch..its not that much at all.!! During a week I only have dinner once or twice . I tried have each meal at the same time everyday, but I couldn?t. I also tried the tablets for loss of appetite which the doctor gave to me..it was useless as well. Sometime when I feel hungry.. I don?t have the aptitude to eat. I don?t suffer from any illness. I guess the main reason behind this..is having lots on mind & thinking a lot. Can anyone advise me of what to do? Do you have any suggestion of meals that i can start to eat..& will let me feel hungry and have appetite to eat?
Please reply me soon..thanks a lot

I have a few suggestions.
Don't try to eat large meals. Instead, try eating small snacks throughout the day.
I don't know what you drink besides water, but I would suggest getting rid of everything you drink (including dairy), and only drink sugarless teas and water.
I don't know what you typically eat, but I would suggest that in your small snacks (see my earlier suggestion) that you would not tend towards the sugary foods. Try eating raw vegitables. Try eating whole wheat crackers. Stuff like that.
1 more suggestion: Get plenty of rest, and make sure you leave time in your life to relax. It is very important.
Remember what I said about drinking lots of water. That also is very important, for digestion, etc.
A lot of this is nutrition stuff for a lot of people, but as I don't know exactally where your coming from, I know that this can only help. I hope it does.
Also, have you considered going to a local nutrionist? Talk to different doctors as well, and get 2nd and 3rd opinions. You just might HAVE a type of disease or something of some sorts. But definatley talk to a nutrionist.
Good luck,
David

Veron,
I went through something similar to this years ago, lost too much weight and thought I had cancer. (I was terribly ill with significant weight loss)
I went to an internist and discovered it was simply stress.
with much doubt, I took the antidepressants prescribed (2 weeks, just to get me up a bit) and felt better very soon, and was able to start practicing stress management, which helps me to this very day.
I would suggest an internist to run simple bloodwork so that you can stop stressing about the problem, which may be from stress! (vicious cycle)
I hope this helps, and that your situation is manageable.
