Do Genetics or Lifestyle Choices Make the Biggest Contribution?
Everybody knows some long lived families, and it is easy to believe they have some genetic inheritance that protects these people from harm, but is it true? Do you believe that it is genes that make you fat? Do you believe that it is only genes that cause atherosclerosis or arteriosclerosis, or cerebrovascular accidents, is it genes that determine your lifespan?

Hi Readers,
Recently the World Cancer Research Fund and American Institute for Cancer Research conducted a huge world wide cancer study which looked at all of the papers on cancer from 1996 until 2006.They also think genes only play a small role in the production of cancer in each country. I'll give you the link and if you have a few days to read it you will find it is certainly worthwhile.
