Hi everyone,

I've recently started a new job and I find that I have little time to exercise, but I realize it is essential for my health and well-being. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a 30-45 minute cardio program for me to do 4 to 5 days a week. Thanks in advance.

Hi Layla17,
I don't think you can beat "Kick Boxercise" for a quick cardio workout.Boxers are the fittest athletes I know of and this gives you the benefits of their training without the obvious downside, getting hit.

Thanks for the help John Bobbin BNat. I was actually looking into a Billy Blanks type of Taibo video. Is that a suitable workout?
