My family drinks way to many sodas, and I am trying to stop them from doing that. My mother is a diabetic and I can't give her orange juice unless her sugar is low. I am looking to make some really good juice drinks. Can anyone help me?

Hi, it’s very important to have good juice recipes that help you to keep the doctor away and keep healthy. Here I am talking about an article that has two immunity boost juice recipes. The first recipe can boost your immune system's fighting power. The second can help you fight the flu if you already have it while giving your immune system a boost. You can enjoy these juices as much or as little as you want. You can drink one everyday or up to three times a day depending on if you are sick or just improving your immune system. Remember, listen to your body. If you are juicing often and your body is sending you signals to slow down your intake, read more about this article…..

Hi Guys,
Another good one ( without mucking around with Avogadro's number) is to simply take one part of oxygen and add two parts of hydrogen, squeeze a full lime into it, stir then chill and drink as often as you like. Guaranteed to be low in calories/kilojoules.

These recipes are a good way to start because they use sparkling water. The first two are if you juice the rest are made with store bought juice.

Lemon - Lime Ginger Ale

handful of grapes
1 apple, cored and sliced
½ inch fresh ginger (less if you find the taste too strong)
1/2 lime
1/4 lemon
sparkling mineral water

Sparkling Tropial Fruit Juice

1 kiwi, peeled
1 orange, peeled and sectioned
1/2 mango, peeled and sliced
sparkling mineral water

This one uses fresh and bottled.

Cranberry-Grape Cooler

3 cups fresh cranberries or one 12-ounce bag frozen cranberries
1 quart unsweetened Concord grape juice

1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon grated citrus peel (lemon, lime, orange, or tangerine)

Rinse cranberries and transfer to a 2-quart saucepan. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and simmer until the cranberries burst, about 10 minutes. Strain the juice -- without pressing the cranberries -- through a cheesecloth-lined sieve.

Chill. Serve as is or with sparkling water and crushed

If you’re looking for more of a variety on healthy drinks for diabetics, besides juice, you might want to add CocoPure to the list. It’s a chocolate tea that doesn’t contain any sugar. It is sweet, though, because it contains a natural sweetener called stevia. There are three healthy ingredients in it. One is green tea which helps to regulate normal blood sugar levels. The others are resveratrol and pure cocoa (now considered a nutrient!). Both pure cocoa and resveratrol help support a healthy heart. My mom’s a diabetic, too, and she loves it!
