I am a 45 year old female. I have been fighting fibromyalgia for several years. At this time I am unable to do anything but need to find a doctor who is knowledgeable about treatment options. I am new to St. Louis and have not found one yet.

Sorry, I don’t have any idea about local doctors of St. Louis. But now this time lots of information about fibromyalgia is available on the net that can help you. I recently searched a site by Google called
http://www.fibromyalgiacured.com/ and read about a five step plan that eliminates fatigue and soothes your muscle pain. Hope this will work for you.
God bless you!

Pregabalin may reduce your pain . Pregabalin, an anti-seizure medication that's also used to treat some types of pain, is the first drug approved by the Food and Drug Administration to treat fibromyalgia. Studies show pregabalin reduced signs and symptoms of fibromyalgia in some people. In one study, about half of the participants taking the highest doses of the drug reported at least a 30 percent improvement. Side effects of pregabalin include dizziness, sleepiness, difficulty concentrating, blurred vision, weight gain, dry mouth, and swelling in the hands and feet.
