I recently read on healthcastle.com that the FDA approved the following health claim:
3g to 12g soluble fiber from psyllium seed husk when included as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease
Does anyone know if this is true? If so, where can I find information that the FDA really did approve this claim?

the food manufacturer usually fills in the dosage amount as per the product's content. there is a minimum requirement, certainly, in order to make the claim.
