I've been trying to get my thighs thinner for about 10 years (and I'm 24!) with no result!
I've been to the gym, beauty center, plastic surgery (liposunction), gym again, diet and dancing, but nothing seems to work. On the contrary what I have achieved is bigger thighs due to over exercise and big muscle mass all over my legs. The result from the diets was always the same: I kept losing weight on my upper body and not from the waist down. My abs and upper body are really OK.
I'm looking for suggestions on what should do because I'm really fed up with not being able to wear a swimsuit without having a nervous breakdown!
