It's all broken up. Hardly the quality you deserve |

| Google has info about aspartame and thyroid damage. Do you people deny the truth of this? FDA.gov and google have info about Splenda/sucralose and extreme diarrhea. Do you deny the truth of this? Is the name of your game palliative answers and blind compliance? |

| I have been diabetic for years and i've learnt eating sugary foods without affecting my blood sugar. i agree with Amy that sugary foods can be part of a diabetic diet. |

| Just listened to the entire podcast (well, it was pretty short, about 5-6 minutes). Everything sounded ok. For those users who could not hear anything, maybe at the time, the internet was not cooperating. If at first you don't succeed, just click on the Play button again. Better yet, I would click on the Listen in a popup link. That way, you can continue to browse the internet and still listen to the podcast. |

| Just an FYI for M V G: Try googling any food and any disease condition just for fun and you'll find results. Did you know you can die from eating too much toothpaste? I agree with Mike - moderation is the key. |

| For Maureen, check with your doctor about eating green veggies when on coumadin, my diabetic husband is on it for 2nd time, this time the vascular surgeon that is supervising him sugggested following his normal diet and regulate the coumadin to match it. Double check with your doctor to see if he will suggest the same.. |

| Though diabetes diet is count on the calorie intake, that means you can eat every thing. However, in the health stand point, those junk foods offer empty calorie don't provide better health then nutrient/fiber dense carbohydrates, such as fruits & vegetable do to fence off diseases, as diabetes pt more proon to illness. |

| Nice short audio. My problem is that I have other health problems that keep me from doing the amount of exercise that I really need. I do eat healthy, but am always looking for more recipes to keep me on track.
Thanks.
