| I eat plenty of yogurt full of probiotics, which helps boost immunity. I also eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables everyday. I never get the flu shot because I believe handwashing, eating well, and getting enough sleep are the keys to warding off germs. My sister recently had the swine flu and I live with her. My practices proved themselves because I didn't get it! |

| I made an appointment to see my GP and discussed it with him and another GP. They both made the claim that I would have anti-bodies for the flu because of my age, and also, here in Australia it is a very mild version of the swine flu with people having it and not knowing they had it. I took a pamphlet to make sure I was aware of all of the symptoms, and knew what to do if I had it and the condition deteriorated. I always eat well and exercise and rarely get any colds that last more than a day or two. If swine flu returns to Australia next winter I will watch it closely before making any decisions. I believe in building antibodies in a sensible way and protecting the immune system by not allowing myself to become run down and over tired, being wary of co-infection ( becoming infected with something else at the same time, such as common cold etc). Eat well, exercise well and sleep well.
Watch the very young they have little in the way of antibodies.

| Eating well is fine however you NEVER get enough vitamins from our foods these days, it is impossible in fact. I take a chewable that contains 16 powerful ingredients in a dietary supplement, doctor formulated that boosts your immune system. Why a chewable? Because digestion begins in the mouth, your saliva contains enzymes. Name one food you eat whole.

| Hi administrator,
This post by Sheila is nothing more than an advertisement, I checked the link supplied, and the information flies in the face of good research.
Cheers. |
