2 teaspoons cocoa nibs or dark chocolate shavings (or less to suit your taste)
whipped cream, brown sugar, or honey if desired
Steps:
Prepare steel-cut oats as directed on package.
In a parfait dish or bowl, put a layer of oats - approximately 1½ tablespoons - then top with a sprinkle of blueberries, chopped walnuts, and cocoa nibs.
Repeat to have 3 layers of oats and end with blueberries, walnuts, and nibs.
Top with whipped cream or milk and sugar or honey if desired.
