| In a nutshell: You need a fish-derived, highly concentrated DHA and EPA omega-3 oil supplement.
Studies show the plant-derived omega-3 oils don't work. And you don't need omega-6 or omega-9.

| I don't worry about contamination in fish, just as i don't worry about bird flu, mad cow, pesticides in produce, or hormones in milk..... i don't want to die of worrying :-) i want to enjoy foods! |
