On the contrary - very interesting and amazing food facts - only boring if you don't care about your health!

Did she answer the question about bean combinations or just avoid it?

Interesting concept! I think a few years ago, there is another book about food combinations, but it's based on some ridiculous theories that didn't really make sense. This concept seems to be based on science.

Excellent! Once again, whole fresh foods with little processing is exactly what our bodies need. Now, if we can only get in tune with our bodies to know when and how much to eat. Thanks Elaine!

It seems she didn't get back to bean combinations. If you're a vegetarian/vegan looking for a full protein, check out Quinoa. It's a rice-like product, originally cultivated in S. America, that provides a full string of protein. AND it's really good, it has a delicious sort of nutty flavor, well worth the $5 for 2 cups (Eden Foods).
